😋功效：暖胃、有助消化、補肺化痰

😋材料：豬肚、白果、鮮支竹、咸菜、果皮、豬骨、白胡椒粒、薑片、粗鹽

😋做法：
1. 豬肚用水洗後，用粗鹽內外刷洗，咸酸菜用清水洗乾淨
2. 豬骨、豬肚汆水，期間加入薑片，沖洗乾淨後備用
3. 白果去除穀，汆水1分鐘後撕去啡色衣，洗淨備用
4. 白胡椒粒略洗，咸菜洗淨切條，支竹洗淨，果皮用水浸軟
5. 把水煲滾，所有材料，除咸菜和支竹外，先煲2.5小時，然後再加入咸菜續煲30分鐘，最後加入支竹煲10分鐘即可
